Bingo! "Seedless" watermelons make life so much easier as a Mom! Those we used to eat when I was little were a lot of hard work for a little bit of delicious! haha
I hate seeds indeed They shouldn't be in the things we feed They belong in the ground Not where eating is found Mother nature needs to learn that And stop putting seeds in front of Pat hahaha
It was probably someone like you that invented it, too! Not wanting the seeds in their mouth cuz they would make them pout. Too bad you didn't think of it first then you could be rich while doing your rhyming burst!
Well Betsy... I am glad I have a watermelon in my pantry....I will have to go cut it NOW! that picture is very yummy looking. I may get a post up on my blog before the end of summer 8~) My greenhouse is full of tomato plants.... and my watermelon plant has a few "babies" on it. 8~) Take care, Nancy
growing watermelon would be fun! Do they get very big? I guess it depends on how much you water them...and the variety. I have a ton of tomatoes about ready. I'm sure salsa will be made this week! :)
Amazing Betsy! I really love a watermelon without seeds lol I dont like seeds; this is lovely to make ice cream! Betsy why in your house is sooooo curious and fun the food?lol
love watermelon, was actually thinking about getting one today, but went with the cantaloupe instead. now, you know I'll have to go back tomorrow and pick one up. Love the caption too.
I often wonder how they grow these melons without seeds. How is a person supposed to plant one? I always say I am going to look it up but never do. Looks yummy :)
This has been the summer of the seedless watermelon. I have simply become obsessed. I bought a "sugar baby" at the farmers market because they told me it was more delicious but I couldn't get past all those seeds! How spoiled am I?!
haha...and maybe it's just being spoiled...or doing the comparison, but don't you think they have even more seeds than before??? haha. The seedless are great!
