Wedgewood Blue

I was chatting with Chris about the next Pedi Party and Giveaway coming up on
Monday, June 18th and she mentioned that Tiffany Blue was such
a popular polish color with all the high school girls at the school where she worked.
I made a mental note to look for some while I was out shopping.
Well, this isn't Tiffany Blue..more like a Wedgewood Blue!
Of course, it jumped into my shopping cart so I had to bring it home. :)
Maybe next time I'll look for the Tiffany.


I've never used a blue nail polish...mainly stuck to the pinks and corals...
so this will be a lot of fun!




It seems even more fun now that I noticed what the name of this color really is!

    Betsy, you must wear the blue bikini with your blue toes...I'm getting excited to do somethin different than my pinks and corals..Maybe I will, maybe not...we'll see,

      HAHAHAHAHAHHA! OH MY! That was SO funny! I recognized his blog name immediately, so I knew who it was...obviously it was you. I'm sure Don wouldn't insist that I wear the bikini in my toe photo. Oh, goodness...I haven't laughed that hard in a long time.

    With it's chime
    Wish they would have asked the cat
    To do it at his mat
    Then he could get a cut
    Every time someone buys it at their hut haha

      You would think up some funny color rhymes
      and your cut would be more than a dime!
      Maybe if zombie shows different colors on his toes
      you can tell us the names of the ones that he chose!

    Love the color and the name makes it a homerun!
    My dream job (part time of course) would be to come up with the names for nail polish colors.
    Actually, it would be so much fun with a friend. Giggles and laughter abound!

    Love the color Betsy is really nice I use the sam brand because I love the colors Essie have I use pink rose but you k.ow I only paint my hands nails not my toes:)

      I dont know dear If I will have time I forget tell you but the twins have birthday this.next week yes I have the 9 and they 13th and they want celebrate the next weekend!! And two days!

      I did a bright pink toe polish with UV Gel glitter polish. So childish that it makes me smile! lol

      Maybe I should do some white stickers on my blue...just to complete that wedgewood china look. I'll have to experiment! :)

      Gonna do the fingers, too! But they will only last a day or two here among the housework. ha.

    haha, I have to say I know nothing on the nail polish front, but I got a kick out of that bottle's color, bikini so teeny. Really like the ceramic bird. My mother's collected things like that for years now, so I guess the familiarity with little ceramic and porcelain pieces has rubbed off on me somewhat. Younger I didn't think twice about them, but as I've grown up, I've learned to really appreciate things like that.

      yeah, should be fun to paint my nails with. ha. Doesn't strike me as something you would do though. haha. I love those little ceramic birds, too....have a few..not too many though...once you have them, you have to dust them, you know. lol.

    I can tell we are about to go on holiday as Issy is booked in to have her nails done on Friday (she can't wear nail polish at work). Not sure what colour she will choose, I will try to remember to take a photograph and post it on our return.

    I have been wearing about three different shades of blue over the last few months. Seems fun and playful!!!! I even have one (supposedly for the girls) with sparkle in it!

    Blue is a lovely colour. I have painted my bedroom blue too. It is a calming colour and would love it on my toenails!

      I know...I've never used any colors like that on my nails...or any darker colors, really. But blue is beautiful for walls and dishes...I know we both like that. I have a lot of blue clothes, too.

    It is fun to step outside of the box sometimes with something fun like nail color. Can't wait to see this one on your little pinkies. I really enjoy the funny names they give them now also. Planning my pedi for next Monday's post. :)

    That's a really pretty color and I so love Essie polish! Carrie got a pedicure before going to the hospital to have Brooks and had a pretty blue (might be this one) to welcome baby boy.

    I think pale blue on my not-tanned toes might look as though I'm cold - though it is such a pretty shade. Pale blue is my favorite colour for clothes. Won't be joining in this time as I'm on my hols - though I will have pink nails.
