Catching Raindrops ~ April Showers for Creative Tuesdays

April Showers is the theme at Creative Tuesdays this time!
Lil' Bird here is getting a springtime drink!

I was sitting at my desk, looking out the window thinking of an idea
of what to draw.  I was looking right into our blooming crab apple tree!
What a perfect start for my entry.
And then, of course, I just added the bird and showers!

I also took the header photo at the same time I snapped the tree.
I'm so pleased with this photo of Mr. Cardinal!
Isn't he handsome?  I swear he poses!

  2. What a sweet drawing! I have always wished I could draw like that.

Where I live the saying goes; September, October, November, December, January, February, March, April, May, June, July showers bring flooding and we have to buy flowers from the florist.

    2. I think snow beats showers actually
but I know I'm in the minority.
The drawing was fun to do
but I'm more excited about my header, it's true.
He does look like he models professionally
      his face even shows personality
caught him kissing Mrs. Cardinal yesterday
I guess that means more babies at my bay.

    3. And more fun for the kitties too
As another batch of those also come due
Pffft you are in the minority there
      Quite crazy at your lair
All the snow can come to you
Once more it is cold here and snow is supposed to come due
      Take it back please
I'll send it down and let you freeze...haha
