Martha ~ oh yes, they are bossy! And loud! They certainly announce their arrival! I always forget how big they are after watching sparrows and finches! ha.
It's nice to see your feathered friends still visit even with the furry friends about. I hope there are no blue or red feathers flung far and wide in the future.

I was so lazy Im not organize dlike betsy (lol) I always see what she has to dinner. I made some pieces of breast (chicken) with tomatos and avocados, Esperanza eat some salads and for dessert I dont know Is sad cause you are in winter but we have watermelon!

Rebecca the nic eto the kids the food are more simple and you always to think be healthy. When the kids were little I only cook for them I dont cook any more cause I dont have time;)
Gloria ~ 91? Wow. That is so nice. I loved my father in law, too. He died when only 61 but always told my mother in law that I was his favorite. Aww. ;)
well my dear is like llove you love or not (lol) but I accept that is the life and he (my dad in law love me so much) is sad your mom and dad in law die Im sure thye love you so much:)
yes My father in law die after my mom in law so I really enjoyed with him in the summer, we went to pick up blackberries and make jam, he had a yard so pretty:)

Guess what? Tomorrow I'm going to Trader Joes. It's a little market that carries a lot of specialty foods. I'm going to look for quinces. :) And I need pumpkin seeds for Rebecca's granola.

Birdie ~ Isn't he sweet? I just love his downy grey breast feathers. They look so soft! And, I didn't realize their crest was hollow like that. Kinda funny!

Gloria ~ I love simple suppers like that...chicken breast, tomatoes and fruit. Sounds perfect to me.

Yes, everyone loves chocolate for Valentines. But lemon would be good, too! Maybe little lemon tarts or custard? OK...now I'm hungry! ha.
