Under Attack
I was sitting on the back porch watching the kittens play with a piece of yarn. Suddenly, they looked more interested in something my direction! But what could it be? They crouched, wiggled their butts and pounced!
On my toes!
And wrestled with the zipper on my hoodie!
Help!
♥
Ah, the Continuing Cat Chronicles! Did you really need this much extra excitement in your life, haha?
ReplyDeleteActually, I've been thinking of them as a pleasant distraction. :)
ReplyDeleteYikes! They're biting the foot that feeds them. LOL
ReplyDelete@Rebecca: Good line!
ReplyDeleteI love the antics of a kitten....or a few kittens in this case.
ReplyDeleteThey're ganging up on you!
ReplyDeleteOUCH! I hope it was a "play" bite and not a real one.
ReplyDeleteKathy G ~ well, he's cute but he plays rough! ha.
ReplyDeleteIf only they would stay little. :)
ReplyDeleteawww, this is so cute,, I so miss my cats,, I will just have to get my kitty fix here!!
ReplyDeleteLOL!! They are so full of life and joy and playfulness!! You can't help but catch a bit of that from just seeing them! Thank you for sharing them with us. blessings ~ tanna
ReplyDeleteoh you are in trouble...our new kit loves grocery bags...runs full force into them...crazy....
ReplyDeletelol well it must be something more appetizing
ReplyDeleteBrian ~ I'll have to take a grocery bag or two out there and let them have at it! :)
ReplyDeletenothing like a kitty...in your case, many kitties. :)
ReplyDeleteWatching those adorable kittens must be addicting. They can be so entertained with a piece of yard, or a sparkly zipper... What fun!
ReplyDeleteAt least they just play with the string
ReplyDeleteAnd maybe give it a fling
Dumb Orlin eats the stuff
Which can make his insides a tad rough..haha
But are you thrilled a bit
For they stopped their string fit
And focused all the attention on you
I guess they like you without a shoe..haha
Pat ~ yep, they like me without shoes
ReplyDeletebut now that it's cooler, socks will have to do.
They had a mouse on the porch later on
played until his life was long gone.
eew. haha.
I thanked them for not letting it get into the house
but did feel sorry for the mouse.
just a little.
Wow there getting big Betsy .. I love the playfulness of kittens. Our Kirra is four years old and he still loves to pounce & bite toes!
ReplyDeleteToes, string, zips - they're all good for kitties! Yay! Take care

Didn't want to take pictures of the poor mouse
I guess that be kind of gross
Pat ~ see...you're rhyming is contagious
ReplyDeleteit's a little outrageous
people rhyming when they don't mean to
and it's all because of you!
Now that will keep you on your toes LOL
ReplyDeleteThis makes me miss my kitty.
ReplyDeleteI know it's probably kind of scary, but I can't stop laughing :D The cats are so adorable! I hope your foot survived the attack :)
ReplyDeleteCatalina ~ well, not scary exacty but they can play rough! This time, I wasn't sure what they were going for. I just knew it was in my direction. So I was laughing but a little hesitant at the same time. haha.
