Betsy, what a beautiful quote. And so true in so many ways. It makes me think of several people in my life...who have lived this quote...You, included.
Great quote, but the things you do are far from common. You do very special things in a very special way and because of it you command the attention - and the respect - of all your many friends. Happy Spring Betsy.
Betsy! The girls and I were the stalkers at your driveway yesterday looking at your daffies hoping they had survived the sudden cold snap! SO PRETTY! BRRRRRRRRR!
beautiful ~~~ betsy, i wish we lived closer too...it is cold and rainy here today, we could build a fire in the Vermont Castings woodstove in the kitchen, bake buttermilk scones, sip tea , knit and visit
:-)
have a cozy weekend sending love, kary and teddy xxx
I can't believe we are that far behind you. I don't believe my daffodils will bloom until well into April. The good thing is, the snow is melting... again.
Martha ~ I know...you don't seem that much further north! It's snowing as I type this, though...tiny little flakes. We always get a warm week...the daffodils bloom...and then we are back to reality. ha.
Betsy love...love...love... the daffodils, mine are only poking there heads up an inch or so above the ground. A great quote, I will share it with my oldest daughter. She has chosen to take an uncommon path out of college. You are very special, thanks for your insight.

ReplyDeleteLucky you...beautiful daffy's! Mine aren't anywhere near this photo. They always remind me of a choir singing out with mouths shaped like o's.
ReplyDeleteA singing choir...oh, that's so cute! I'll think of that every time I look at them now! :)
ReplyDeletenow that is one true quote ..very pretty blooms here!!
ReplyDeleteThat's so true, especially if it is an improvement.
