Beautiful window and view.;) I have always loved kitchen windows over a kitchen sink.;) From my window over my sink I see the sea, in the autumn season when the weather is clear..;) xo
aww Betsy, I just love love this view, it's absolutely amazing, so peaceful ... I would be washing dishes all the time with a view like that ;-) happy day!!
Lovely... and who needs curtain when you have pretty hanging pitchers?! Right now there is a link on my sidebar to a recipe for crabapple butter. Sounds yummy doesn't it?
I might not get the dishes done, for staring out of the window at that beauty. So much fruit - do you use it? I don't know if anyone makes crab apple jelly these days.
Martha ~ we've never had to rake them...the birds come and devour them in the winter. Most of the fruit stays on the tree instead of falling. Maybe it's the variety? I'm glad they don't fall and make a mess on the ground!
My kitchen window view, btw? none! n window. All my windows over look a parking lot but at least ai ahve a nice yellow tree of some sort near my bedroom window and I have the best plant indoors!
nice view betsy...
ReplyDeleteLovely tree. I have a couple in blossom and one just about to burst! I love jugs too!
ReplyDeleteWe specifically planted it there to block our view of the neighbors..and their view of us! LOL!
ReplyDeleteIt's a perfect backdrop for the window.
ReplyDeleteWho would even want curtains? What a sweet view, I love the pitchers hanging like that too! :D
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful "curtain" you have. And I'm sure it changes with the seasons. :)
ReplyDeleteno curtains. clean windows. wonderful view...
ReplyDeletejojo ~ well, there is a blind to pull down...which I use when I'm doing dishes in my nightgown! ha.

ReplyDeleteChristian ~ ooh, thanks for letting me know. That sounds delish and I have SO many!
ReplyDeleteZuzana ~ the sea? Oh, I'm so jealous! That is just wonderful!
ReplyDeleteHow well I remember the days of raking up crab apples from my parents front yard. They were pretty but they sure did make a mess.
ReplyDeleteI do love your natural "curtains."
PRETTY!!!! I love a Crab apple tree!
ReplyDeleteBet you like seeing THAT rather than undies on the line. (((chuckle!))
Jill ~ LOL! Actually they stopped doing that! But there are still PLENTY of reasons to block the view! ha.

ReplyDeleteDoing dishes with that view would be a pleasure.
ReplyDeleteYour living room looks great! I love the color. 17 wow. Congratulations!
ReplyDeleteThat's a wonderful view!! I also really like how you have your pitchers hanging. I might have to borrow that idea!
ReplyDeleteHow lovely! This photo reminded me of the apple tree we had in our last place. I loved it but couldn't see it from the kitchen like you can yours. :-)
ReplyDeleteWhat a view from your kitchen window. I think I would be standing there all day!
ReplyDeleteWe have a wonderful view from the kitchen cabin window at Tahoe. Guess I will settle for that!
I might not get the dishes done, for staring out of the window at that beauty. So much fruit - do you use it? I don't know if anyone makes crab apple jelly these days.
ReplyDeletejennyfreckles ~ I've only made it once and it turned out great!

ReplyDeleteI also love the idea of the hanging pitchers at the window. Might be stealing that too....
ReplyDeleteBut what happens when the Crabapple Gnomes learn how to use binoculars?
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photo! The tree must glow in the autumn afternoon light.
ReplyDeleteI also love your living room make over! The colors blend so well and the room looks so comfortable.
a beauty .. i never like curtains..i relish the hanging pitchers Betsy..and the lighting really frames the whole photo
ReplyDeleteI'm glad your crabapples don't fall off all over the ground. They must be pretty with the snow in the winter.
