I came across your blog, I believe thru Brians, I work in Special Education. I am a paraprofessional in a High School, this is the start of my 6th year. I read about your children having Autism. There is so many people in the world who have no idea what life with Autism is. I am not going to begin to say I know it either, but I do know what it is to work with children with Autism. I have been so blessed by these kids and other special needs as well. I have 10 kids in my class and 5 of those are autistic. I have never met an autistic child that was not unique in his own way. They are the most brilliant kids..It can be frustrating because there is so much that they want to say, but are not capable and I want to help them so much. I believe with all my heart , there will be a major breakthrough one of these days. My heart goes out to you and your journey with your men.
Cindy ~ thanks so much for your encouraging words here! It's great to meet you and I'll come visit your blog, too. I sure hope you're right about the major breakthrough. :)
