Theme Thursday = Bell

Yes, but not just any bell....we're ringing a bell at
2:00 PM EST today (Thurs. 2-18-10) in honor of
our blog friend Barry, and everyone else
in a battle with cancer! Come join
with us ~ just ring a bell and say a
prayer for anyone you know in this fight.

  1. I will...I hate cancer...my young friend just found out she has uterin cancer and had to have a hysterectamy and she isn't even married yet! Prayers to all. Come say hi :D

Oh my my, I can relate to this,My husband died almost 8years ago now of Esophageal Cancer.He was young only 46.I will surely pray for him and find a bell to ring.I really know what hes going through.My husband was diagnosed, he died 3 months later.As with this cancer, its usually at the end when you cannot swallow that you find you have a problem.As was the case with my husband.he also was a heavy smoker and tried quiting several times.So Barry God Bless and prayers are with you,I have a little bell on some jewelery,lol its rings softly but you know it can be heard.;)

  9. What a wonderful, supportive idea! Having walked with my mother down cancer's road for the past 10-months I know firsthand how much the support of others can encourage a weary traveler. May the bells resound!
