A Thank You Basket

Someone ordered an "autumnal thankyou" basket from me.
I'd say this shows appreciation and autumn very well!
Seeing on a countdown clock in blogland that Christmas
is only 44 days away, I bought my first Christmas present while
I was out today. I also made my gift list, to make sure I
don't forget anybody! 44 days? Really? Where did this year go?
Before I worry too much about that, I need to remember that
Thanksgiving is only 16 days away!

    What a gorgeous basket, Betsy!! Someone is going to be very happy!!

    We are having a quiet Thanksgiving dinner and then dessert with family at another house. I stress...another house! Whoo hoo!!

    And Christmas...I am taking that one slow. Organized, but slow.

    Thanksgiving is at my sister's this year. I've hosted for the last 2 years. I'll make a couple of dishes to take of course.

    Christmas...I'm not thinking about that one yet.

    What a lovely basket! Is that a Moser Roth chocolate bar that I see in it? That kind is MY FAVOURITE!
    Unfortunately we do not celebrate Thanksgiving here, I truly missed that holiday when I relocated from NC ten years ago.

    Betsy, it is beautiful... so festive an seasonal I would be tempted to use it as a centerpiece! Is that fudge in the front that says "thank you"? Oh, and I love alba products! Nicely, nicely done. I love it when you show us what you've been making.

    What an incredible basket! Anyone would be thoroughly blessed to get such a marvelous hamper. Very well done indeed.

    I've got you beat, Betsy. I actually bought my first xmas gift for someone (a book on flags and crests) about a month ago. So far, i have bought 3 small gifts.

    But i;m so glad Thxgiving comes first--my favourite holiday, well Stateside anyway.

    What a beautiful basket. Everything is so perfectly color coordinated. That will be one lucky recipient:-)...I would imagine you get quite a few orders around Christmas?

    I'm not travelling for Thanksgiving this year, and that will be a nice welcome from all the fluttering back and forth that we usually do- Just the four of us, and of course the dogs and cat here this year.
