The Next Morning....

I'm still over at Willow Manor having brunch after a
wonderful 24 hour cyber ball! I know a lot of you were there,
too! Wasn't it amazing? I met so many new blog friends...
in fact there were 78 of us who connected with Mr. Linky
to show off our gowns, tuxes and dates! You could still
pop over and see what you missed! Have you ever seen
anybody get over 250 comments on one post?
Willow, thank you for a very enchanted evening!
And thank you to Mr. Toast, Mr. Skip, Mr. Fox,
Barry, Derrick, Mozart and a host of other gentleman
who asked me to dance from blog land! It was also
quite fun to meet Johnny Depp, Fred Astaire, John Lennon
Clark Gable, and a host of other celebrities.
And a special thank you to
Mr. Knotts...he was the perfect date! I had a
wonderful time! Now, I really need to go or
my gown will turn to rags and my coach,
a pumpkin!

  2. Betsy, I did get a quick glimpse of you and that amazing gown as you twirled around the dance floor with Clark, and you looked exquisite.
It was truly a wonderful night, did you get a flight with Mr. Skip? The view of the Manor from above the clouds was thrilling. And to relax on a flight sipping champagne, oh wow!
    Lovely !

  4. It sounds like a wonderful time was had by all!

Betsy, a question: You know your label cloud in your right-hand bar... how did you get it centered AND in different colours like that? I've made my labels into a cloud, but it's not very appealing! Any advice would be most welcome! Have a lovely day. :)

  5. Lovely to meet you at the ball! And what a funny comment you left- flirty indeed! I went with the pleated silk gown...Katherine Hepburn style...but after a few sips of pina colada I might become Marilyn! Good thing I enjoy Coffee or Tea... I'm a Co-T-totaler (have to get the coffee in somehow!) How we can keep in touch!

  18. I actually googled and found a dress, but then I got busy and couldn't come. Then when I read the creativity of your post I was sure glad I didn't. It made me remember how imaginative you were last year when I read that one. Plus I was a little bit busy being Cinderella in the kitchen all day with that rainbow cake. Oh, well, I guess I can get my thinking cap on and start working on next year's ball now.
