Lemonade

one cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
(about 6 lemons)
one cup simple syrup
(1 c sugar dissolved in 1 cup
water over medium heat, cooled)
4 cups cold water
ice cubes
lemon slices for garnish

  2. Nanny ~ Hi there...haven't "seen" you in a while. We love this lemonade, and I will confess to using pure lemon juice from the bottle sometimes when I don't have lemons. Fresh ones are always better, but the bottled will do in a pinch. For the holiday, fresh was definetely in order and tasted perfect with the Hawaiin burgers!
