I'm puttering today, :)and enjoying the quiet of the house after the weekend.
I've cleaned out the refrigerator, microwave and am
on my third load of laundry. And I had to take time to
pull out my favorite little spring decoration. A basket,
bird, and eggs ~ each found at different garage sales over
the years and put together for a sweet reminder of spring.
This time last week we had a couple of feet of snow.Now it's completely gone and my daffodils have sprouted!
That's a lovely decoration! I'm inspired to do the same. I was thinking of taking some bendy pussywillow and forming a basket, like the cover of the new Martha Stewart. Not sure what to put inside. Maybe chocolate eggs!
ReplyDeleteI love the basket and we too are looking forward to SPRING! Isabel and I saw a robin this past week. We've loved the snow but I am SO excited to be back in the land of seasons. Have a great week.
