Theme Thursday = Pink

“Wish on everything. Pink cars are good, especially old ones. And stars of course, first stars and shooting stars. Planes will do if they are the first light in the sky and look like stars. Wish in tunnels, holding your breath and lifting your feet off the ground. Birthday candles. Baby teeth.” ~~Francesca Lia Block

  1. I'm not a pink person, but I should be after looking at these photos. And I love your header...I would love to spend an afternoon with my blog friends.

  2. I've always been a pink person, so would fit in nicely to your theme.

Even the breast cancer ribbon was in my color. :)

The pictures are so cool, I love the variety and different shades of pink!

  18. Is wishing on pink cars an American thing? I have never come across it over here, but there again I can't remember the last time I saw a pink car.

  20. Alan ~ I think it must be American...I'll have to do some research! I'd never heard of it either. That, or the holding your breath and lifting your feet through a tunnel. I thought we were supposed to do that one while driving by cemeteries so the spirits wouldn't get us! LOL!

  21. I am surprised at the pink telephone. I thought sure if anybody had a pink bathroom it would be the first few ladies I visted today, but not one yet. LOL

In the age, when tiled model home bathrooms came in white, blue, green and pink, we chose green and still got the set. It still looks pretty good too.

I think the pink rose on the cupcake is lovely. I would like that for a snack.
