    2. haha well he has to respect the other people about
The cats do care what and what does no hang out....lol

      Delete
    3. Very true.
      between me and you.
I don't allow this to be a man cave
and make all the men behave.
      Clothes are not optional
and mom is the boss of all.
      haha.

      Delete
    4. You don't even allow them one room for their cave
Where they can't rant and rave?
      How mean...lol
But yeah it keeps things clean
And I never thought for a second you weren't the boss
Not even open to a coin toss..haha

      Delete
    5. Oh sure they have two rooms
their bedroom and the computer room
      that Harry is in there
      but they must beware
      and keep their clothes on
      it is true.
      if anything is hanging out
I've been known to give a shout.
      hahaha

      Delete
    6. haha well that is fair
Hate to have company to your lair
And then have everything there to see
      Causing them to flee..LOL

      Delete
    7. oh that has happened before
I tell you, nothing embarrasses me anymore.
      lol.

      Delete
    8. LOL okay I snickered a whole bunch there
      Hopefully those moments are rare

      Delete
    9. Now they are rare since I am well aware
      Quicker at anticipating
more than I used to be.
Oh the stories I could tell
only at my zoo do things not go swell.
      lol.

      Delete
    10. LOL now you have nine cats to distract though
Just give guests a backyard show
And it will give you time
To make sure all is sublime

      Delete
    11. No, no...not with what I've seen Marmy doing in the back
that would make people blush and leave my shack!

      Delete
    12. LOL he's just getting his kicks in now
For in a few days he'll be saying owww..haha

      Delete
    13. March 10th, fingers crossed
unless he knows and pretends to be lost!
      Yeah, kicks for sure
      but I have a cure.
      lol.

      Delete
    14. Poor marmy is the smartest of the bunch
      Avoiding even is lunch
      Should be fun to hear
      If he comes near

      Delete
    15. I really need to catch the dad
      he is such a cad!
      ha.

      Delete
    16. Good luck with that
May have to tempt him with a rat

      Delete
  13. I'm with him on the socks! I hateeee having things constraining my feet. Enclosed toes may be one of the worst feelings in the world.

Tortilla chips? Well, those I'm not really a fan of. Unless you have mango peach salsa. Yum!! Now I want some of that. :) hahaha

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. are you claustrophic, too?
my body is but my toes aren't like you and Harry. :)

we have mango peach salsa in the frig!

      Delete
    2. I don't think so. At least, I hope not. Maybe I should get that checked out?!? (I am a slight hypochondriac tho. hahaha)

I have mango peach salsa in the fridge too! I'm just missing the chips :(
      Sooo yummy!!!

      Delete
    3. I'm claustrophibic. Found out in college when the symphonic band (of which I was a member) decided to see how many people we could cram into the little bathroom on our tour bus. I was one of the first ones in...not a good idea. At 23 people, I made them all get out and let me breathe. lol. I can't sit on a window seat when flying, either...especially if the rows are 4 people deep.

I think I'm the opposite of a hypochondriac. I never think I'm sick enough for a doctor. I've let strep turn into scarlet fever twice. haha. Oh dear.

      Delete
    4. Im claustrophibic too Betsy, is terrible:(

      Delete
    5. are you? yes, it is terrible. But I'm rarely in a situation that causes me to feel that way.

      Delete
    6. Maybe you need to get thrown into a cat time fraction machine
To rid yourself of the claustrophibia at your scene..LOL

      Delete
    7. Well, I can't ride in elevators unless if everyone agrees to hold their breathe. Does that count????

      That sounds awful!! 23 people?!?!?

It may be worth the lack of oxygen to meet Zeus and especially that Krogan!!! hahaha

      Delete
    8. haha...oh now that would work just fine!
And I'd have to hope there would be a charming guy to carry me out after I fainted! ha.

      Delete
    9. Well, I can't claim to be "charming," but I'd be glad to carry you anywhere you wanted to go!

      Delete
    10. oh gosh. you think you are so clever, don't you?

      Delete
    11. jax ~ haha...you can have Krogan. I want Jack. :)

      Delete
    12. @Betsy... Jack and Jax?? That just wouldn't be right!!! hahaha

    13. What no love for Drazin
      He's awful brazin...lol

      Delete
    14. Drazin is what Drazin does
He does not deserve our love.
      ha.

      Delete
    15. hahaha but he seeks it wherever he goes
Making sure his name everyone knows

      Delete

      Delete
    2. Mmmmm. I'll stock up on ripple chips and come right over, okay?

      Delete
    3. sure...you're always welcome..what's one more man? ha. Hope Harry is willing to share...or you're willing to share with Harry!

      Delete
    4. Glad to share with Harry! I'll bring enough chips for all... as long as you supply the salsa!

    2. my driver's car blew up long ago, so I may have to go to bed without seeing the end. Certainly the strangest race I've seen in a long time! ;) ...and now it might rain! ha.

    3. Yeah, I gotta think not many will see it through. Too bad.

      Delete
    4. well, I'm making school lunches, so I guess I haven't left yet. ha. You know there's going to be a few more wrecks before it's done. lol.

  19. Sounds like a good routine to me! Covered all the bases, even removing the shoes. That's the first thing I do when I get home.

    ReplyDelete
  20. Harry is a cool guy. When I get home from school I just have to change into some blue jeans and find some kind of snack. And on Monday's and Friday's it is This Old House on the tv.

    ReplyDelete
  21. Yes I do! Remember those feet were what first caught my eye..the precision movement of the knife on the counter!

    ReplyDelete
  22. a man and his routine, i can respect that. i'm working on a bag of sweet potato chips myself.

    ReplyDelete
  23. It sounds good to me! I think we all have rituals that bring us comfort, and the feeling of "There's no place like home! :)
